How a digital life planner keeps me accountable

As digital planning becomes increasingly popular, users are looking for more ways to have their life in the palm of their hands. This digital life planner is a must-have for those always on the go! Access this planner across multiple devices using the features of the pdf annotation apps!

Custom Pages & Easy Navigations

The custom pages in the back of the planner are perfect to create your own! I like to create a section for each person in my family and add important things I want to remember. Sometimes I add pictures of my boys from the school year into their designated section and create a portfolio. On the monthly calendars, you have quick access to that designated month’s budget, cleaning, business, journal, and daily templates! At any point during the day, I can pull up my digital life planner on my laptop or phone and quickly see where I am on my progress!

Meal Planning

We are currently living in the meal-planning age! So many tips and tricks online to help you prep your food for the week. I love planning out my meals for the week based on what I have in my pantry or freezer and then creating a shopping list after that. I pull up my planner on my iPhone when I’m in the grocery store and check things off. There have even been a few times when my husband has gone to the store and I just send him a screenshot of my shopping list planner page and he knows exactly what to get! Another tip is to insert recipes either by taking a picture or screenshotting a picture from Pinterest. After that, quick use of the search tool and I can find the recipe easily!

Finances Tracking

This digital life planner has numerous templates to help you get your finances in order. The monthly expenses page is a template I use the most. I fill it out and insert it behind every monthly calendar. When tax season comes around, it is so simple to export just those pages to my CPA. Other financial pages included a debt snowball eliminator, credit overview, debt overview, subscriptions tracker, yearly & monthly revenue tracker, bill payment tracker, and yearly and monthly expense tracker.

Cleaning Lists

Inside the home, section are NUMEROUS cleaning lists! These lists are scheduled for you on one page shown above but included are daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly, and seasonal cleaning lists. There are tons of cleaning checklists to choose from!

The family section is one of my favorite sections! There are tons of useful forms to keep important information at your fingertips. Baby sitters, pet sitters, house sitters, health insurance, medical contacts, pet information, and so much more! Easily screenshot and export to whoever would need the information

Book Log is an awesome way to keep track of all of the titles you read as the year goes on! I love to decorate the book covers and jot down the titles as I buy them. I highlight them after I read them just to hold myself accountable.

No matter which page is your favorite. You can spend endless hours customizing this digital life planner to meet your needs and keep your life’s details in the palm of your hand. Grab a blanket, cup of coffee put on your favorite NetFlix show, and dive deep into the countless digital stickers and begin making this digital life planner your own!
